Next on “Smallville“, Tess kidnaps Lois to find out where Lois went after she disappeared for weeks. Lois’ memory of the future depicts a Metropolis under Zod’s rule and Clark powerless under the red sun, while Chloe forms a resistance group with Oliver. After learning of these future events, Clark makes an important decision about Zod.

Called “Pandora“, the episode will air on Friday, November 20 as the last episode of the Fall run. Executive Producer Brian Peterson gave an insight to the episode, saying “…we get our glimpse of what the future would be if Zod gets his way on earth. So you will see him interacting with more and more characters as the season unfolds, for sure.”

Meanwhile, Cassidy Freeman who plays Tess said that her character indeed has a big role on the episode. “You know, Lois has been having these flashes ever since the beginning of the season and I figure that out,” she told Newsarama.com. “And I really want to know what they mean and what they’re from and how to decipher them. So that’s why I kidnap her. To try to figure that out.”

“I think that it has something to do with the Kryptonians, and I think it has something to do with the Kandorians, and I think it has something to do with all these questions that I have. And if I can figure that out, maybe I can put the puzzle together.”

The CW has released two new clips for the upcoming episode of Smallville, and it looks as though it’s more exciting than last week’s Clois liplock.  Well, “Kandor” marks Julian Sands’ first appearance on the series as Jor-El.  What’s more, he’s going face-to-face with Callum Blue’s villainous Zod, who’s hungry for some superpowers of his own.

On “Kandor,” Jor-El arrives at the Kent farm looking for his son.  However, Clark (Tom Welling) is occupied elsewhere so the newcomer meets Chloe instead.  Unfortunately for them, Zod’s on the lookout for the Blur and he thinks it’s Jor-El.

Zod then asks help from Tess (Cassidy Freeman) in the search for the Blur.  An encounter sizzles between him and Jor-El, which leads Clark to race back to Earth to find his father.  That is, before Zod does.

Below’s the trailer for the Smallville episode “Kandor,” and one of the most exciting scenes here is Clark holding Tess up by the throat, forcing her to reveal the whereabouts of Jor-El.



The trailer’s not the only surprise that the CW has for the upcoming Smallville installment.  Below, you can find another clip from “Kandor.”  In it, Tess is on the phone as though blackmailing someone.  She later meets Zod, who is staring at the iconic ‘S’ on a sheet on the street.

Tess discusses her plans with Zod, and in some twisted way the two have a certain chemistry that makes you doubt Clark and Lois’.  Then again, the image of supervillains being paired that way is undeniably creepy.

Oh well, just as long as these two get their job done.  Or not, because that would mean Jor-El ends up in their clutches.  Here’s the video anyway.

The episode of “Smallville” where Jor-El finally appears in person will be airing next week. Portrayed by Julian Sands, the father of Kal-El arrives at the Kent farm in search of his son but meets Chloe instead. Clark realizes Jor-El is alive and on Earth and races to find him before Zod does.

Convinced the Blur is Jor-El, Zod enlists Tess’ help in finding him to force him to reveal the secret to his powers. On the preview, Clark is seen confronting Tess to the point that he holds her up in the air by the neck. Titled “Kandor“, the episode is airing on November 6.

Jor-El was previously only featured as voice. Actor Terence Stamp had been providing voice for the character since 2003 and was last heard in this season’s episode called “Echo“.

The writers of “Smallville” finally give Clark and Lois their moment. In the upcoming episode, Clark braves himself to ask Lois out for a date. However, not all goes well for the two of them.

Zod and his soldiers release a virus into the air that turns humans into zombies. The only way to stop it is to make an antidote from the blood of another Kryptonian. After Lois is infected, Chloe pleads with Clark to donate his blood to stop the epidemic, even though it risks outing him to Zod.

“Rabid“, the title of the new episode, will air on Friday, October 9.

On another news, the show is casting a new superhero which is described as “the most handsome and sexy of ALL the D.C. superheros”. They are looking for a male aged 37 to 48 year old who has a fantastic physique. This superhero, which is still not identified, will most likely appear in an episode airing after this month.

The extended scene on how John Corben discovers that he is no longer entirely human is given in the new clip for “Smallville” October 2 episode. The character played by Brian Austin Green wakes up in a set-up operating room with bandage over his hand and chest. First he discovers his left arm has gone bionic and next he finds out that the main source of power that keeps him alive is the green Kryptonite.

The episode called “Metallo” adapts the origin story when Daily Planet reporter John Corben is transformed into a man-machine with a Kryptonite heart. In the comics, elderly scientist Professor Vale uses his skill to keep John alive after he is struck by a truck and nearly dies.

In the series, Corben realizes he now has superhuman strength and sets out to exact revenge on the Red-Blue Blur, who he perceives to be an irresponsible vigilante. Against Clark’s wishes, Lois involves herself in the Red-Blue Blur’s investigation, and winds up getting kidnapped by Corben.
